Partners

We don’t procure
our partners.
We deliver with them.

Every firm in our network is one our people have already delivered alongside — and, for our specialist firms, one whose offices they have sat in. Capability we can vouch for, because we have relied on it ourselves.

The standard

A short list, for a reason.

Most consultancies maintain a long partner list because a long list looks like reach. Ours is short because of the entry requirement: we do not put a firm in front of a client until our people have delivered alongside them and watched how they behave when a programme goes sideways. That is not a filter you can apply from a capability deck.

It is also why the list grows slowly. Every firm on it has been earned into it, and when we recommend one, we are lending them our own credibility — which is the only asset this firm actually has.

What the network gives you

Three kinds of partner.

Delivery

Engineering at scale

A global software engineering partner — a standing development team, around fifteen on average, scaling as an engagement demands, with a banking and insurance track record measured in decades, across Europe, the US and the Gulf. They are how a governed design becomes a governed system without a hiring cycle. We describe them by capability rather than by name; under NDA we are happy to go into detail.

Specialist

Deep, narrow capability

Four specialist firms — two in India, two in Eastern Europe — each holding capability that cannot be bought off a shelf. Every one was chosen after our people had delivered alongside them on client work, and our people have sat in their offices. Names withheld because their client lists are theirs, not ours.

Complementary

Adjacent professional services

Regulatory technology, data infrastructure, legal advisory and audit. Where a client question sits outside our remit, we would rather introduce someone good than stretch into work we are not the right firm for.

How these tiers come together on an engagement: how we work, and the bench structure on the team page.

Why the names aren’t here

Our partners’ client lists are theirs, not ours.

We describe our partners by capability rather than by name, because their client relationships are governed by their own confidentiality terms — and because a logo on our website would imply we did work we did not do. Under NDA, and where our partners agree, we are happy to go into detail. It is a short conversation.

Working with us

If your organisation provides capability that complements trusted AI delivery — engineering, regulatory technology, data infrastructure, legal advisory, audit, or accredited training and certification — and there is a genuine basis for working together, we would like to hear from you. Expect us to want to deliver something alongside you before either of us puts the other in front of a client.

Bring us the question you can’t get answered.

Thirty minutes with a founder. No sales deck, NDA available beforehand. If a Sentinel Diagnostic is the right first step we will say so — often it is not, and we will tell you what is.
