Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This notice explains what personal data EAIC LTD collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it deliberately short — we collect very little.
1. Who we are
EAIC LTD (company no. 17442906), 4 Bedford Street, Stroud GL5 1AY, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through eaic.uk. Questions about this notice or your data: privacy@eaic.uk.
2. What we collect
Contact form — your name, work email address and message, when you choose to send them.
Email — anything you send us directly.
Essential cookies — a single preference recording your cookie choice. Our AI Governance Self-Assessment runs entirely in your browser: your answers and score are never transmitted to us or stored by us.
We do not currently set analytics cookies. If we introduce them, they will run only with your consent — see our cookie policy.
3. How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage the resulting engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
4. Who processes it
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. Transfers outside the UK rely on recognised safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / standard contractual clauses. Our email and document storage are provided by established business providers under equivalent safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted. Engagement records are retained as required by law and professional obligations.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and ask for a copy in portable form. Write to privacy@eaic.uk — we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, flag the change on this page.
