We hire when a specific capability would meaningfully improve what we deliver, and we draw on a senior bench and a partner network for everything else. If you have deep experience in AI governance, risk quantification, regulatory compliance, or enterprise transformation in financial services — and you are tired of the overhead that comes with working for a large firm — we would like to hear from you.
Two more things worth knowing. We staff on conviction, not CVs — every venture here has someone whose name is on it who would be building it anyway. And we are small on purpose: you will work directly with the two founders, on work that ships.
What we look for
Two standing interests.
AI Governance Consultant
Experience delivering governance or risk programmes inside regulated financial services. Familiar with EU AI Act, ISO 42001 or FCA supervisory expectations. Able to present credibly to C-suite and board.
AI Risk Analyst
Strong quantitative background with experience in financial modelling or risk analysis. Interest in applying those skills to AI system evaluation and governance programme design.
