EAIC LTD provides AI governance consulting (Sentinel) and a software platform (Citadel) as described in your engagement documentation. Website content is provided for information only and does not constitute professional advice.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, methodology descriptions, and the Sentinel and Citadel frameworks — is the intellectual property of EAIC LTD. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

3. Limitation of liability

EAIC LTD’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from our assessments.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
