How we work

Seven ways
we work together.
Each with an honest exit.

Every engagement has a defined scope, a tangible artefact and a published “what we won’t do”. We do not sell vapourware — every service we offer is contracted through one of these seven.

2–3
Weeks — an Advisory Sprint, and it can end in “not this year”
6–12
Weeks — a Production Build: system, evals, monitoring, handover

The contract shapes

Start from the decision, not the deliverable.

Seven ways to engage: what each is for, how long it takes, and what you hold at the end. Five are contract shapes in their own right; two — the Proof of Concept and Team Enablement — are delivered under a Feasibility Sprint and a Lab Retainer respectively. Every service on the Consulting Desk and every class of system on the Factory Floor is contracted through one of these. Where the AI estate is the question, the engagement is a product — Sentinel.

Fixed fee on every fixed-scope engagement, quoted in writing before work begins. Rolling engagements carry 30 days’ notice on both sides. Two further shapes sit behind these: a Production Build is how most Factory Floor work is contracted, and Fractional AI Leadership puts a founder in a seat inside your organisation.

Bring us the decision you keep circling.
