EAIC Lab — Dossier 04 — Circular systems — In deployment — access by invitation, NDA standard

CARBON LEDGER
Carbon claims that survive scrutiny.

Every tonne traceable to a collection, a batch record and a process run. Carbon evidence built for audit, not marketing.

The declassified summary

Most carbon reporting is a spreadsheet wearing a lab coat. CARBON LEDGER is an evidence platform: every tonne traceable to a collection, a batch record and a process run — waste-stream data captured at source and structured for audit from day one.

It is built on a hard rule borrowed from our governance practice: no claim without evidence, no evidence without a record. Claims graduate from “diverted” to “recovered” to “converted” only as the operational data earns it.

The platform is in deployment with a client partner in the circular economy. By the time the claims are made, they will already be defensible — that is the point.

This dossier is the public cover of a private build programme. Specifics — architecture, partners, metrics and timelines — are shared with client partners under NDA.

The interesting part isn’t on this page.

Lab access — working notes, prototypes, and a seat at the bench — is reserved for client partners. If Carbon Ledger is the kind of problem your organisation is circling, start the conversation.
