The people behind the programme
Senior at the table.
Scale behind it.
One named owner.
Every engagement is signed by one named partner who answers for it end to end. Behind them: senior practitioners on call, a global engineering partner, and specialist firms we have worked alongside for years.
The people behind EAIC
Senior at the table. Scale behind it.
EAIC runs without a leverage pyramid — and without a ceiling. Every engagement is owned by one named partner who signs it and answers for it end to end, and nobody takes that seat who hasn’t run the function in the line rather than advised on it from outside. Behind that partner stand six to seven senior practitioners from the top of UK fintech consulting — people we have worked with for years, and who take our call. Between them, their careers cover every major UK bank and insurer. Any one of them can be in the room inside two weeks.
When consulting becomes a build, capacity comes from our global engineering partner — a standing development team, around fifteen on average, scaling as an engagement demands, with a banking and insurance track record measured in decades, across Europe, the US and the Gulf — and from four specialist firms — two in India, two in Eastern Europe. Those four were not procured. Our people have delivered alongside every one of them, and have sat in their offices.
What does not change with scale is who answers for it.
As EAIC grows, this page will introduce the wider team. We hire practitioners — people who have delivered transformation inside regulated organisations, not just advised on it from the outside. If that describes you, we'd like to hear from you.
The founders
"I spent 20 years watching AI and technology outpace governance inside large, complex organisations. EAIC exists because established regulated firms deserve a proportionate, practical answer to that gap — not a Big 4 bill and not another dashboard."
Declan builds the method. Two decades of enterprise transformation inside regulated organisations left him with a low tolerance for governance that cannot evidence itself, and a habit of reducing complicated things to the one question that actually matters. He designs how EAIC works — the Sentinel method, the Citadel architecture, the shape of every engagement.
In engagements
Methodology, architecture, scope, board delivery.
"A control that nobody follows isn't a control. Half this job is making sure the thing we designed is the thing that's actually running six months later."
Austin makes it happen. A career running operations in heavy industry and infrastructure, where the plan is judged by whether the thing actually ran — not by whether the plan was good. He drives delivery, fronts the client relationship, and holds the standard that stops governance work becoming an exercise in paperwork.
In engagements
Delivery, operations, the client relationship end to end.

How we staff engagements
We scale the team. We never move the accountability.
Every engagement is led by a partner from first call to close, drawing on our senior practitioners, our global engineering partner and our specialist firms as the work demands. There is no moment where accountability transfers to someone who was not in the room at the start.
Wherever delivery capacity sits, the named partner who signs your engagement is UK-based and carries it end to end. Specialists extend capability. They do not dilute accountability.
Scope, commercial terms, board delivery, and final sign-off — always the engagement partner.
Six to seven C-suite-level practitioners from the top of UK fintech consulting.
A global engineering partner and four specialist firms — two in India, two in Eastern Europe — every one our people have delivered alongside and visited in person.
Every engagement is treated as confidential from first contact.
