EAIC exists to lead the world in understanding frontier AI — and in safely putting it to work in the industries humanity depends on.
Everything we offer starts in the Lab. We take one industry at a time, learn it properly, build what that industry actually needs, and only take it to market once it stands up. Regulated finance and legal came first, and produced Sentinel and Citadel. Food and local resilience is where we are now, and produced Backgate. Carbon and waste management is in the Lab today.
We are deliberately not everywhere at once. We would rather be genuinely useful in one sector than plausible in ten.
Two people who kept seeing the same thing.
One had spent two decades inside large regulated organisations, watching technology outpace the governance around it. The other had spent his career running operations in heavy industry and infrastructure, where a system that only works on paper is not a system.
Neither of us thought the answer was a bigger slide deck. We thought the answer was doing the work properly — finding what is actually running, building what actually holds, and being able to show our working. EAIC is that, made into a company.
What we are

Mission. To accelerate safe and responsible AI adoption by building and deploying practical AI capability in the industries and missions society cannot do without.
Where we are. Stroud, Gloucestershire. It is not incidental: this is a town that has cared about where its food comes from, and what things cost the planet, for longer than it has been fashionable. We build for our own high street first because it is our own high street — and the machinery is the same wherever it goes after that.
