What is the minimum commitment?

The Sentinel Diagnostic from £3,500. One day, no further obligation. The Diagnostic fee is credited in full against any subsequent engagement.

What does the Diagnostic fee credit mean?

You're not paying the Diagnostic fee on top. You're paying the Activation fee total — with the Diagnostic already credited against it. For Standard Activation the all-in cost is £18k–£22k; for Complex Activation £24k–£32k. The Diagnostic is banked from a day that proves the value before you commit.

How does monthly billing work?

The T2 programme (Sentinel Engagement + 12 months Citadel) is billed annually at £35k–£60k, which we present as £2,917–£5,000/month to make budget conversations easier. We can discuss staged payment arrangements for qualifying clients.

Is the ROI figure guaranteed?

No. The 37× average ROI figure is based on completed engagements. Individual results depend on estate complexity. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes — but we do guarantee the quality and completeness of the methodology.

Are multi-year Citadel subscriptions discounted?

Yes. Two-year subscriptions receive 10% off. Three-year subscriptions receive 15% off. Multi-entity or group subscriptions are priced individually.
