EAIC's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from our assessments.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
