Every person at EAIC has delivered transformation inside regulated organisations — not just advised on it from the outside. We are a small, senior team and we intend to stay that way. We do not hire to grow headcount; we hire when a specific capability would meaningfully improve what we deliver for clients.
If you have deep experience in AI governance, risk quantification, regulatory compliance, or enterprise transformation in financial services — and you are tired of the overhead that comes with working for a large firm — we would like to hear from you.
What we look for
Experience delivering governance or risk programmes inside regulated financial services. Familiar with EU AI Act, ISO 42001 or FCA supervisory expectations. Able to present credibly to C-suite and board.
Ongoing interestStrong quantitative background with experience in financial modelling or risk analysis. Interest in applying those skills to AI system evaluation and governance programme design.
